ABOUT TOM BAISCH

Tom was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and moved to Seattle in 1996. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington where he graduated magna cum laude. He attended the University of Washington Law School and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.

Since graduating from law school Tom has specialized in personal injury law. He benefited from working with Michael Withey and Michael Myers, two of Seattle’s premier personal injury attorneys. Tom was also fortunate to learn from one of Oregon’s top attorneys: his father, Jan Baisch.

In the course of his time with these lawyers, Tom had the opportunity to work on hundreds of cases including motor vehicle collisions, construction site injuries, maritime claims, and class action lawsuits.

Beginning in 2009 Tom started his own practice. He continues to collaborate on cases with Withey and his father. Tom was admitted to the Oregon bar in 2009 and has an active practice in both Oregon and Washington. He continues to specialize in personal injury claims and values being able to help individuals pursue their rights against large corporations.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys sports, hiking, cooking and attending concerts. He is an avid softball player, a long time Seahawks season ticket holder and a huge fan of all Husky sports. He and his wife live in Seattle's Mapleleaf neighborhood with their sons, Ruben and Marco.
